Are you open?

On June 6th, Governor Baker announced dentistry will be part of Phase II reopening, and we can begin all but cosmetic treatment.  We have reserved times for new patients and emergencies.  If you fall into these categories please call the office at 413-774-6553 for an appointment.

I have an upcoming appointment, will it still be reserved?

Governor Baker has announced dentistry will be included in Phase II reopening.  We have a start date of June 10th.  We will making changes to our scheduling format to allow more time for disinfection and to allow preferred times for our high risk patients. Please be understanding that we are doing our best to keep our patients and staff as safe as possible. Someone will be contacting you regarding your appointment whether it remains the same, or if it needs moved. For more information on our scheduling changes click here (LINK)

My appointment was cancelled, what should I do?

Now that we have been given the OK to re-open, we are working hard to get everyone back on the schedule.  We will be starting with those patients cancelled first, beginning with March and moving forward. We have eliminated Summer Hours to accommodate more patients, and also will be changing our scheduling format to allow for preferred times for high risk patients. What are the signs and symptoms of Covid-19

The most common signs are fever, cough, shortness of breath, flu-like symptoms, and loss of taste and smell. For more information: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/symptoms-testing/symptoms.html

I was positive for Covid-19 but have recovered, can I be seen?

Yes, as long as it has been 10 days since you first had symptoms AND 3 days after recovery (no fever without medication and resolution of all symptoms). If testing is available, you should have at least two consecutive FDA emergency-use authorized COVID-19 molecular assay for detection of SARS-CoV-2 RNA tests, before being treated.

What preventive measures are you taking?

We have always adhere to the strictest infection control protocols and are following all CDC ‘s recommended dental guidelines. We have removed all items from the waiting room, perform regular disinfection of commonly touched items, staggered appointments to help social distances, and have increase our levels of PPE. We will also be screening all staff twice daily, and all patient prior to coming and at arrival. We also have air filtration measures in place and have changed protocols to limit aerosol production.

What social distancing measures have you taken

We staggered appointments to avoid multiple people in the waiting room or at the front desk. We ask that everyone maintain 6 feet distance otherwise. All staff and patients not being treated are asked to wear a mask. We have supplied Hand Sanitizer throughout the office and ask everyone use it upon entrance and exit. We ask that patients come alone to appointments whenever possible, or have their companion wait in the car.
